How we vet partners
The Every Room standard
Every service provider goes through our four-stage verification before appearing on the platform. We re-verify annually.

Licence & registration check
We verify SRA registration, Waste Carrier Licences, CAA drone permissions and trade body memberships directly with the issuing authority.

DBS verification
All individuals who enter customers' homes — viewing agents, photographers, clearance operatives — hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate.

Insurance confirmation
Public liability, professional indemnity and goods-in-transit insurance certificates are reviewed and expiry dates tracked.

Ongoing customer ratings
Every completed job generates a verified review. Partners who fall below our minimum rating threshold are suspended pending investigation.
